The unseeded Croatian, Donna Vekic, bagged a place in the Grand Slam women’s singles semi-finals for the first time in her career. The intense showdown between Elena Rybakina and Barbora Krejčíková is set to test the two champions as they contest for a place in the finals. The previous Wimbledon champion Rybakina is in top-notch form this tournament, while the French Open champion Krejčíková has finally stormed her way into the advanced stages of Wimbledon.
