UEFA Europa League Winner Odds – Favourites

Three teams out of eight have the best possibilities to win this year’s title. Liverpool, Bayer Leverkusen, and AC Milan are the three teams that, according to betting companies, have the highest chance of taking first place.

Favourites – Liverpool

The team with the grandest chance of going all the way is Liverpool. The crazy aspect is that Liverpool remains the strongest team in the Europa League even after the Champions League teams joined the tournament. The first place in the Europa League group stage guarantees an opportunity to avoid the first knockout round. Liverpool took advantage of that.

It will affect the rest of the competition because they played two games less than their opponents did. Their Europa League draw was fortunate because they avoided Bayer Leverkusen and their possible enemies in the upcoming rounds before the final can be Atalanta, Benfica, and Marseille. Liverpool’s current situation is incredibly pleasing as they can still attempt to win the treble.

It will be a challenge for other squads to stop the attacking potential of the Merseyside team. In their last Premier League outing, they set a new league record. They had 62 shots in their two games against MU (34 Anfield, 28 Old Trafford). It is the most shots against a single opponent since 2003-04.

Favourites – Bayer Leverkusen

The German side Bayer Leverkusen is the best club throughout this 2023-24 football campaign. If Xabi Alonso’s team wins their next domestic match against Werder – they will become the first-time Bundesliga champions. In addition, they have not lost a single game this season and can write their names into the history books if they can keep up these results.

One of the grandest advantages is their secured title in their home country. Bayer Leverkusen will have a chance to concentrate solely on the Europa League competition, which makes them a leading contender in any tournament. In addition, Bayer is the team with one of the lowest percentages of substitutions per game – 4.12. It is the fewest in the Bundesliga, alongside Bayern.

Favourites – AC Milan

An Italian giant started this season in Group F of the Champions League. They took 3rd place, as their process in the group of death was tight. Dortmund, PSG and Newcastle were the opponents, and even though they and Paris Saint-Germain finished on 8 points – it was now enough.

Now, AC Milan is one of the favourites to lift the trophy. Two teams from Milan are dominating in Serie A, so it is a great option to distribute the minutes and give the Europa League a go. The promising news is that AC Milan won both Italian league games against Roma this year – 2-1 (A) and 3-1 (H).
