Often referred to as CPL or CPLT20, Caribbean Premier League is an annual Twenty20 cricket tournament that includes six teams from different countries of the Caribbean region. Its first edition was played in 2013.
The format of the Premier League includes a group stage and a knock out stage. During the group stage each team has to play a total of ten matches (two matches with every other team on the roster), with three of them on their home turf.
