Nations Championship 2026: Full Fixtures and How to Watch in the UK

This November, the autumn internationals count for more than pride: they make up the second half of the Nations Championship, a new 12-nation competition that puts the North against the South. The last three rounds start on Friday 6 November, and then all 12 teams travel to London for Finals Weekend, where the first-ever winner will be crowned.

You can find the markets for every November game on our rugby union betting page.

Where to Watch Nations Championship Rugby in the UK

Finding the rugby Nations Championship 2026 on TV is easy: ITV shows every match live and free, with streaming on ITVX (or STV and the STV Player in most of Scotland). Wales fans can watch every Wales game in Welsh on S4C, and viewers in Ireland get all 42 matches free on Virgin Media Television.

On Saturday 21 November the games kick off in pairs, and two games at the same time can’t both be on ITV1, so check ITVX and the other ITV channels too. For other rugby competitions, see our rugby betting page.

Key Matches for UK Viewers

Table positions are as they stood after July.

  • Scotland v New Zealand (Sat 7 Nov, 14:10): Scotland are a point behind France and New Zealand are level with South Africa, so the winner takes a big step towards the top of their table.
  • England v New Zealand (Sat 21 Nov, 14:10): England’s last game before Finals Weekend is against a side that won all three of its July games, and it could decide where England finish.
  • Ireland v South Africa (Sat 21 Nov, 16:40): South Africa topped the South in July without losing, and with Finals Weekend up next, the result could settle where both teams finish.
  • Wales v Australia (Sat 21 Nov, 20:10): Wales are fifth in the North and Australia third in the South, so a win could lift either side up the table before Finals Weekend.
