Withdrawal Policy

Only quick, secure, and safe payment options are accepted. This indicates that not only is your private data secure, but we can quickly credit your account with the funds you withdraw when you make a withdrawal.

 

  • All withdrawal requests must be made via website under withdrawal section.

  • Withdraw any winnings is possible only if you’ve made at least one deposit.

  • Withdrawals may require a verification procedure encompassing proof of identity, age, and place of residency. We reserve the right to request additional verification (such as a selfie, bank statements or any additional information which may lead to irregular income patterns ) for particular documents in cases where we detect any inconsistencies in the documentation provided and suspect false identity or fraud.

  • We reserve the right to require verification for any withdrawal amount and withdrawal requests for an amount over £2,000 in total may require additional verification.

  • We reserve the right to pay any requested withdrawal amount via the same method used for your deposit payment/s. You can use new payment methods at any time, at your own discretion. However, new payments methods need to be verified by us as required by our General Regulatory Obligations. We will attempt to accommodate your request regarding the chosen payment method of your withdrawal. This, however, cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we may process and pay withdrawals in a different payment method than the one requested by you, such as through a different payment provider, or a wire transfer. It is the right of the customer to withdraw the balance of their account at any time, subject to verification as established by our internal verification process (if a withdrawal is requested for first time).

  • Where possible, withdrawals will be transferred to the same account that the funds originated from. Withdrawal timeframes may vary depending on the bank and payment method used. Following the verification process is successfully completed, we strive to process withdrawals as quickly as possible (usually within the same business day, in some cases not later than 3 business day).

  • Please note that when depositing with MasterCard, we might pay your withdrawal via bank transfer.

  • While there are no fees charged for any of our withdrawal service, your bank or payment processor may levy a fee to process your withdrawal.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is £10.

  • Bonuses may only be withdrawn after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied.

  • We may delay and/or stop the processing of a withdrawal if you have simultaneously made a deposit that is still being processed or is otherwise outstanding.

  • We will try and conduct our full verification process prior the point you request a withdrawal, but if the check is inconclusive or if new circumstances arise (i.e. change of payment methods, or any other situation where we could not have reasonably requested it earlier), we may have to ask for further or enhanced verification as described in section 11.5. of the User agreement (link).

  • Once a withdraw request has been approved (processed), it can no longer be reversed.

All withdrawals will be processed according to the provisions of the User agreement (and the applicable General Regulatory Obligations stipulated therein), an integral part of this policy.
