Premier League Clashes Bonus OFFER RULES

1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

1.1. These rules (the Promotion Rules) govern the “Premier League Clashes Bonus” promotion (the Promotion) and form part of the User Agreement and the General Bonus Terms & Conditions (the General Bonus Terms).

1.2. By opting in or otherwise participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Promotion Rules and the Terms. In the event of conflict, these Promotion Rules prevail for this Promotion, unless stated otherwise.

1.2. Capitalised terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the User Agreement or the General Bonus Terms.

2. KEY DEFINITIONS

2.1. “Qualifying Period” means the period beginning at 00:00 (UK time) on 17/01 and ending at 23:59 (UK time) on 19/01 as displayed on the Promotion page. To qualify, bets must be settled within the Qualifying Period.

2.2. “Rescheduled Fixtures” means that if a fixture is rescheduled to a date or time that results in the bet not being settled by the deadline, that bet will not count towards the promotion. The Qualifying Period will not be extended for rescheduled fixtures.

2.3. “Premier League markets” means pre-match or in-play betting markets offered by us on fixtures scheduled to be played within the Qualifying Period.

2.4. “Free Bet” means a non-withdrawable bet token with a face value of £7, the stake of which is not returned on settlement.

2.5. “Boosted Odds markets” means any market labelled as Boosted Odds, Enhanced Odds, Price Boost or equivalent.

2.6. This Promotion is a 'Wager for Reward Bonus' under General Bonus Terms section 5, where qualifying real-money stakes lead to a Free Bet reward.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY

3.1. Participation is open only to verified UK customers aged 18+ meeting account eligibility under the User Agreement. Eligibility requires meeting verification criteria under User Agreement 1.5 and General Bonus Terms 4.3, including identity/age checks before crediting the Free Bet.

3.2. Unless stated otherwise on the Promotion page, participation is limited to one (1) claim per customer for this Promotion and one per person, household, IP address, email, payment method and device.

3.3. The Promotion applies only to sportsbook activity on Premier League markets within the applicable Qualifying Period.

3.4. The Promotion is a sportsbook offer only and cannot be used for or linked to play on casino or other products available.

3.5. The Promotion period, including start and end dates and any opt-in steps, will be displayed on the offer page. Bets must be placed and, where relevant, settled within the Promotion period.

3.6. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Bets placed to qualify for this Promotion cannot be used to satisfy the eligibility or wagering requirements of any other active bonus (including, but not limited to, Welcome Offers, custom issued bonuses, or other deposit match schemes). If a bet is active towards another promotion, it will not qualify for this Promotion.

4. OPT-IN AND TRANSACTIONAL SERVICE MESSAGES

4.1. Before placing bets intended to qualify for a given Qualifying Round, the customer must click “Opt-in” on the Promotion page. Opt-In applies to the specific Promotion shown on the Promotion page at that time.

4.2. By Opt-In, the customer agrees that we may send transactional (service) notifications by SMS and/or email concerning assignment and expiry of the Free Bet. Such notifications are strictly service communications, contain no promotional content and do not alter the customer’s marketing communication preferences.

4.3. The Company may send transactional electronic communications (including SMS and email) to Players to notify them of:

a) crediting of Free Bets under this Promotion;

b) expiry of Free Bets;

c) any operational issues that affect use of Free Bets;

d) verification or compliance actions that relate to the Free Bets. Such communications are for the purpose of performing the contract for the provision of the Services and are not marketing.

4.4. Transactional communications will be strictly limited in content and purpose, containing only factual information, no promotional language, and neutral links where necessary. The Company will treat them as service/transactional, with lawful basis as contract performance, recorded for audit.

4.5. Transactional SMS and email will be sent only to verified contact details, honoring security locks or suppressions. Players are not required to receive them as a precondition for claiming Free Bets, but opt-outs preventing critical obligations may lead to alternative contact methods, documented per UKGC requirements.

5. QUALIFICATION

5.1. To qualify for this Promotion, the customer must, during the Qualifying Period, place at least one (1) single real-money bet with a stake of £50 or more at minimum odds of 2.0 (decimal) on Premier League markets from the cash balance and those bets must be settled during the same Qualifying Period. Qualifying bets must be single real-money sportsbook bets and must not be placed on Boosted Odds markets. Qualifying bets must use Cash Balance, not Bonus funds. These bets must be fully settled as ‘lost’ or ‘won’ by 23:59 (UK time) on 19/01.

5.2. Voids, cancellations, and Cash-Out (full or partial) do not count towards the qualifying total.

5.3. Bets placed using a free bet do not count towards the qualifying total.

5.4. Stakes on markets other than Premier League markets do not count.

5.5. Stakes on "Draw No Bet" markets do not count.

5.6. Where multiple bets are placed on the same fixture, only the first settled bet on that fixture counts towards the qualifying total.

6. CREDITING OF FREE BETS

6.1. Upon satisfaction of clause 5 for the relevant Qualifying Round, one £7 Free Bet shall be assigned to the customer’s account by 14:00 UK time on 23/01 after settlement of the qualifying bets. We will send a transactional SMS/email confirming assignment and expiry.

6.2. The Free Bet is valid for three (3) days from the time of assignment and expires automatically at 23:59:59 (UK time) on day 3 if unused.

6.3. The Free Bet may be used only on the following major European football leagues: (English Premier League, Spain La Liga, Italy Serie A, France Ligue 1, Germany Bundesliga)

It may not be used on Boosted Odds markets; no minimum odds apply to a wager placed using the Free Bet.

6.4. On settlement of a wager placed using the Free Bet, only net winnings are returned and the £7 stake is not returned. Net winnings from the Free Bet are capped at £200; any amount in excess is forfeited. There is no wagering requirement on winnings from Free Bets. Net winnings are credited to the Cash Balance and are withdrawable subject to checks under the User Agreement.

6.5. The Free Bet appears with the “Free Bet ON / Free Bet OFF” control inside the betslip, after selections are added to it. When ON, wager is placed using the Free Bet; when OFF, the wager uses cash.

7. WITHDRAWALS AND CASH BALANCE

7.1. The Cash Balance, including deposits and cash winnings, is always withdrawable at any time. Withdrawals are not restricted by the Promotion.

7.2. If a withdrawal is requested while a Free Bet assigned under these Promotion Rules remains unused and active, that Free Bet may be removed in accordance with the General Bonus Terms; net winnings already credited to Cash Balance remain withdrawable.

7.3. The Free Bet is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be divided or exchanged for cash and must be used in a single transaction. If any selection in a Free-Bet wager is void, the Free Bet stake is not returned; any remaining selections settle per standard rules. Free Bets cannot be cashed out in full or in part. The maximum winnings cap applies per Free-Bet placed bet. Net winnings above the cap are forfeited. Returns from Free-Bet-placed bets are settled using standard rules.

8. FAIR USE, RESTRICTIONS AND COMPLIANCE

8.1. The provisions on Promotional Play Restrictions, Irregular Play/Bonus Abuse, verification, account limitations and responsible gambling in the General Bonus Terms and the User Agreement apply. All Promotional Play Restrictions and Bonus Abuse rules of the General Bonus Terms apply. Prohibited practices include, without limitation, arbitrage betting, matched betting, low-risk wagering designed to guarantee profit, collusion or account sharing, automated play, and the exploitation of software errors or loopholes. Decisions regarding prohibited practices will be based on objective and specific criteria. Suspected abuse may lead to Free Bet revocation.

8.2. We may withhold or remove the Free Bet and/or associated advantages, or take other appropriate action, where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Promotion Rules or the Terms.

8.4. We may require verification of identity, age, residency or payment method before or after crediting Free Bets. Verification delays will not prevent you from earning Free Bets if you have already met qualifying conditions. We may, however, withhold withdrawal of winnings until verification is complete.

8.5. We encourage responsible play. Tools such as deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available. If you apply a time-out or self-exclusion, unused Free Bets are removed. Cash funds remain withdrawable. Per User Agreement and General Bonus Terms, responsible gambling tools apply; self-exclusion removes unused Free Bets.

8.6. If Free Bets are not credited as expected due to technical error, we will credit them manually or with an equivalent. If a settlement or pricing error occurs, bets may be voided or resettled in accordance with the User Agreement. Where technical failures prevent participation, we will act fairly and transparently in resolving the issue.

9. VARIATION, COMPLAINTS AND GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

9.1. Any variation or withdrawal of this Promotion shall be made in accordance with the General Bonus Terms. For customers who have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions for a given Qualifying Round, earned benefits shall not be reduced retrospectively, save where necessary to prevent fraud or to comply with law or a UKGC instruction. We may amend or withdraw this Promotion prospectively, or where necessary to prevent fraud or meet legal or regulatory obligations. Once you have opted in and placed a Qualifying Bet, no change will reduce the value of Free Bets already earned or materially disadvantage your ability to complete qualifying actions, except where required by law or regulation.

9.2. Complaints shall be handled under the User Agreement, including escalation to the approved ADR provider where applicable.

9.3. These Promotion Rules are governed by, and shall be construed together with, the User Agreement and the General Bonus Terms, which remain in full force and effect.
