What Is Comeback Victory Tennis Betting?

Comeback victory tennis betting is a tennis betting market where you predict that a selected player will lose the first set but recover to win the match. Your bet wins only if your chosen player stages a comeback after falling behind in sets and ultimately wins the match.

Detailed Explanation

Comeback victory tennis betting is a match-based market that focuses on how a player wins the match rather than simply whether they win.

To win this bet, your selected player must lose the opening set before winning the remaining set(s). In a best-of-three match, this means winning 2–1 after losing the first set. In a best-of-five match, the player must recover to win 3–1 or 3–2.

For example, if you back a player to win by comeback and they lose the first set before winning the next two, your bet is settled as a winner. However, if they win the first set and go on to win the match in straight sets, or if they lose the match, the bet loses.

This market is popular for players known for their resilience, physical endurance and ability to improve as matches progress.
